Using Beaks

Today the Penguins reading group read a non-fiction book called Using Beaks. They learnt that birds have different shaped beaks for different purposes. Here they are sharing what they learnt.

Your video is really interesting, I wonder why the flamingo eats with it's head upside down.
Did you know that 14 pelicans flew over from Australia in last year and are living on the banks of the Wairoa River near Dargaville north of Auckland.
